Abstracts and conference program will be published in a conference booklet. Procedure of the submission of abstract paper is via online submission system. First complete your registering and submit your short abstract. Please upload short abstract as .TeX file. A sample abstract is given below. The deadline of short abstract submission is August 1, 2018.

AIP PAPERS (EXTENDED ABSTRACTS) - Submission is closed

Each participant must submit short abstract before submitting AIP Paper. The deadline for submission of extended abstracts for publication in the AIP is May 10, 2018. Authors who want to publish their extended abstracts (4-6 pages) in AIP Proceedings Series should prepare their articles in LaTeX with single-column 8.5 x 11 template format. In addition to conference registration fee, authors should pay an extra fee ($80) per article.
