Accommodation and Registration Fees

Thank you for your interest in ICAAM. The organizing committee of ICAAM made every effort to keep participants’ expenses at the meeting, registration fees, and hotel rooms as low as possible. 

Registration Fees

Fee: 90 EUR or KZT 45,000 (for each conference participant).
Master's and PhD students are exempt from paying Registration Fees.

Single Occupancy in a Double Room  (Full Board)  € 75 per day
Double Room  (Full Board)  € 50 per person per day
Triple Room  (Full Board)  € 45 per person per day

Full Board includes coffee breaks, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel fee includes the welcome gala.

Prepayment for the hotel

Those who wish to make a reservation will need to pay 30% of the total cost of their stay upfront.

Example 1: Single person in a double room for 3 nights (Full Board)

  • Nightly rate: €75 (single occupancy in double room)
  • Total cost of stay: €75/night * 3 nights = €225
  • Prepayment: €225 * 30% = €67.50

Example 2: Two people in a double room for 5 nights (Full Board)

  • Nightly rate: €50/person * 2 people = €100/night
  • Total cost of stay: €100/night * 5 nights = €500
  • Prepayment: €500 * 30% = €150

Remember: This is just a prepayment. You need to pay the remaining balance upon arrival.

  1. Make the prepayment.

Important Dates

  • Pre-reservations are open until June 15th. These prices are specially negotiated for our conference. The prices may go up after this day.

Additional Information

  • Round-trip airport transportation is available for €130 total for 1-2 people and €40 per person for groups of 3 or more.
  • Participants who stay outside the hotel must pay a daily external participant fee.
External Participant (No accommodation in the hotel - Coffee breaks) 1000  /day

The external participant fee includes coffee breaks and lunch.
