Prepayment for the hotel

In order to confirm participation, all participants are required to send an advance payment of €300.

The advance payment is required regardless of the number of persons and duration of stay.

Remember: This is just a prepayment. You need to pay the remaining balance upon arrival.

CHILD POLICY: Free of charge for 0–2 years, 50% discount for 3–11 years.

Important Dates

  • Pre-reservations are open until May 29, 2026. These prices are specially negotiated for our conference. The prices may go up after this day.

Additional Information

  • Information regarding airport–hotel transfer services and pricing will be announced later.
  • Participants who wish to attend without accommodation may join the conference by paying euro €50 per day. This fee includes lunch and coffee breaks.
